Kat, I regret that I never got the opportunity to get to know you better, as I hear you were an amazing person to be around and to have for a friend. I always spoke to you and smiled when I would see you in passing and you always did the same. I know with you being transitioned over to the next phase of this spiritual journey that we are on will upset many who are left here on earth and not able to see your physical body anymore but if I could tell them all one thing it would be not to weep and be sorrowful because the spirit wants to move on and it is only our selfish human selves who want to keep the spirit here with us. We too will one day go through that transition that many call death, but I don't like that word because I don't believe death exists. It may exist for the human form but for the spirit and the true nature of who we are inside, not the body, and not a name, but our spirit is our true self... that is who we really are whether some believe this or not
doesn't matter because not believing it doesn't make it any less true. We are spiritual beings who came here to earth to have a human experience. I also know that the spirit lives forever, for eternity because we are pure dynamic energy and the laws of physics state that energy cannot be created, nor destroyed but only be transformed into one form, or the other. With this being stated, I hope everyone reading this knows and realizes that your spirit remains, only now its on a different frequency than us and in a different form than it was before but your spirit still absolutely remains and is very much ALIVE FOR ETERNITY. SEE YOU ONE DAY SWEET GIRL AND UNTIL THEN HAVE FUN ON THE NEXT PART OF YOUR JOURNEY.

This breaks my heart I had no idea that kat has even passed away. I don't go out and run the roads anymore or have much contact with many people because my health issues keep me pretty much homebound and I can't believe that she's gone I don't know what happened to her I don't know if it was a health issue or what but I remember when I worked with her mom at Food City and she had a crush on me and she would giggle and run through the store to get just one little thing just to come and check out in my line and she would always have her makeup on her hair pulled back and she will be wearing a smile many years after that we reconnected in the life that we both didn't ask for but I have to say that cat has got one of these hugest and sweetest heart and personalities that was bigger than life itself she is an amazing woman and an amazing friend that would give you this shirt off of her back if you ask for it she was so easy to open up and trust even when trust shouldn't have been given and she was so quick to forgive even when apologies wasn't even ask she's a great she's going to be a great loss for myself as well as many others I pray that you are resting easy and flying high would Jesus Christ and All his angels surrounding you because you defeated the battle here on Earth and now made you rest in eternity I love you my friend rest in peace
