Mrs. Katy Sue Bowlin 06/28/1958 – 03/21/2024 Mrs. Katy Sue Gregory Bowlin, age 65, of Newport, passed away Thursday evening, March 21, 2024 at her home. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Gillian Nicole Gregory; father Fred Gregory Sr. and mother Beulah Gregory. Survivors include her husband Jerry Bowlin; daughters April (Brandon) DeVotie and Stacy Gregory; sister Teresa (Jack) Askew; grandson Sabastian DeVotie and granddaughter Dana Gregory, all of Newport; brothers Barry (Jessica) Gregory of Newport and Fred (Merita) Gregory of Sevierville. Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home.

We loved Katy very much and she will be greatly missed . Katy was such a caring woman. She use to make us the best deserts and we loved everyone of them. I called her my second Mom .
