Obituary

James Edward Sizemore, age 71 of Newport, went to be with his Heavenly Father on March 4, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert & Velva Sizemore; brothers, Carroll & Danny Sizemore; brother-in-law, Ted Ogle; and son, James E. Sizemore, Jr.

He is survived by his daughters, Cynthia (Scott) Clevenger & Jessica Nelson; grandchildren, Mindee Vance, Kyal Clevenger, Paige Sizemore, Alex & Ashton Nelson, Jacob Sizemore, and Lakelyn Meck; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy (Cindy) & Jackie (Deborah) Sizemore; sisters, Faye Carr, Darlene Ogle, Libby (Dave) Ogle, Eva (Bill) Parton, and Louise Maples; and a host of nieces & nephews.

Reverends Ray Burkett & Billy Sizemore will officiate the Memorial Service, which will be held at 3PM Sunday, March 13, 2022 at the Laurel Branch Baptist Church.
