Obituary

Tasha Leann Lane, age 41 of Newport, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Vinson Lane; great grandmother, Lindy Maness; grandparents, Doak & Elizabeth Lane and Arrine Daniels; aunts, Jeannie Lane & Cathy Carter; and uncle, Johnny Cody.

She is survived by her parents, Larry & Linda Lane; sisters, Zakaria Lane & Lashea (Martin) Delancey; nieces & nephews, Simplicity & Caleb Delancey, Haillie & Krissy Lane, & Remi Halpin; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

A funeral service will be held at 6PM Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4PM to 6PM prior to the service. Burial will take place at 1PM Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Lane Family Cemetery in Bridgeport. Family & friends may also offer condolences online at www.brownfuneralhomenewport.com
